Scripture: Book of Ruth

Observation:

The Book of Ruth is a demonstration of God’s unconditional love for His people. We too of course have a choice to love Him in return.  Ruth made a choice to follow and not look back and she demonstrated the characteristics we should uphold in our daily walk with Christ such as Love, Humility, Faithfulness, Commitment, and Honesty.  in which will help us to grow spiritually and get through some test and trials we may go through.

In the midst of taking risks and stepping out on faith, we are to know that God is always with us and He loves us.  There is nothing more important than developing an intimate relationship with Christ.  That is a time where you desire more of God and less of yourself, when you’re allowing Him to come in and make you whole through healing your body and mind spiritually, mentally and physically, as well as allowing Him to minister to your spirit.  In the midst of it all obedience is key and along with obedience comes blessings and rewards.  Ruth demonstrated just that, Love, stepping out on faith, humbling herself, and obeyed instructions thereof, and her rewards and blessings were great! Boaz.

Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus I come humbly before you to pray that you would help me to be who you created me to be, to know that you love me no matter what and that you’re there when I need you most, strengthen me where I am weak dear Lord that I may continue to press and praise my way through the tests and trials of life knowing that you are leading me where you need me.    In your son Jesus’ name I pray, Amen!
