Ephesians 2:4-5 (GNT)
But God’s mercy is so abundant, and his love for us is so great, that while we were spiritually dead in our disobedience he brought us to life with Christ. It is by God’s grace that you have been saved.
Do you really understand the beauty of God’s love? Have you ever taken the time to really meditate on what God’s love really means to your life? Have you ever considered the value of God’s great love or are you taking it for granted? God is not expecting you to be perfect in any shape, form. He already knows the beginning and the end of our life along with all the stuff in between. The good, the bad and the indifferent. He is El Roi, the God who sees me. Think about that for a moment. The God who sees me!
He already knew that we would be disobedient yet He still loved us!
He already knew that we would sin habitually yet His mercy is still so abundant!
He already knew that we would reject Him by not reading His word, distorting the gospel, not living in His purpose for our life, mistreating other people, not praying, not serving, not giving, not believing, not loving, not trusting and give every excuse under heaven to justify our actions…yet He still gave us life through Christ.
Do you see the magnitude of His love?
